Inspection Fee if not covered by warranty

If your machine is covered by the manufacturer's warranty

The manufacturer will pay us for the repair. You can

• take the machine back to the shop you bought it, and they will contact us.
• contact the manufacturer, who will give you a work order. Then bring the machine to us.
• you can call us or bring your receipt and machine to our workshop. Please remember your receipt, we can’t repair it under warranty without it.

If your machine is not under warranty

• Our fee of $66 covers the cost of our technicians inspecting your machine and diagnosing the problem.
• We give you a quote for repair.
• If you decide to go ahead with repair, the $66 is deducted from our repair fee.
• The $66 is charged upfront when you bring the machine in and is not refundable.
