Booking your machine in for a quote and repair saves time

Repair Under Warranty

If your machine is still within warranty, the manufacturer will cover the full costs of the repair.

Your options are:

Take the machine back to the shop you bought it, and they will contact us.
Contact the manufacturer, who will give you a work order. Then bring the machine to us.
Call us or bring your receipt and machine to our workshop.

Please remember your receipt, we can’t repair it under warranty without it.

Repair Outside Warranty

For machines that are no longer under warranty, we charge an initial fee of $66 for our qualified and expert technicians to inspect your machine and diagnose the problem.

Booking your machine for repair will save you time.

We give you a quote for repair and parts.
If you go ahead with the work, the $66 is deducted from the repair fee.
The $66 is payable when you bring the machine in and is not refundable.
